Isabella takes a boutique, highly personalized approach to recruitment and consulting. Rather than taking a one size fits all approach, she works closely with each business to understand its unique challenges, goals, budget, culture, and stage of growth, and develops solutions around what the business actually needs.
Her experience spans a range of industries, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, cannabis retail, and emerging businesses, giving her the ability to adapt her approach across different environments and business models. She particularly enjoys working with start ups, growing companies, and consulting projects where she can become an extension of the business and help solve challenges beyond simply filling a position.

She has trained and developed multiple recruiters, with a strong focus on communication, confidence, accountability, and professional growth, and places significant value on mindset, believing that the right attitude, adaptability, and willingness to grow are often just as important as experience and technical skills.
Beyond recruitment, Isabella has a strong interest in entrepreneurship, start ups, emerging technology, and the future of work. Outside of work she is passionate about health and wellness, fitness, animals, and travel.
