This Commercial Operations role supports and helps manage the product formularies submission process, enhances business analytics implementation, and will be part of the sales and marketing team for internal execution of sales initiatives across Canada.

Job Specifications

As an Associate, Commercial Operations, your job functions will include, but not be limited to:

•Assist on implementing various commercial operations initiatives to support overall commercial success and growth through:

1) Key Accounts compliance and performance tracking

2) Optimize the process for retail territory assignment, realignment and update

3) Assist on the integration of internal/external databases (i.e. IQVIA) and commercial operations analytics tools to help drive actionable insights for sales & marketing team

•Coordinate the preparation and submission of product dossiers for inclusion on provincial and territorial formulary

•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of formulary submission processes, guidelines, and policies issued by relevant regulatory bodies and communicate updates internally to relevant stakeholders

•Support ongoing demand planning and allocation exercise with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate inventories are planned in support of commercial growth

•Facilitate and provide assistance for hospital business initiatives, encompassing but not limited to Request for Proposals (RFPs), identification of market shortages, distribution coordination, and other related endeavours

•Providing IT system support and implementation for commercial and cross-functional teams, including CRM, SAP, and Azure.

•Complete other commercial operations supporting duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited university, with a minimum of one (1) year of analyst / business / IT experience, preferably in pharmaceutical / healthcare space

•Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and processes governing drug submissions to Health Canada and provincial/territorial formulary committees
