Job Specifications
Operate advanced, fully automated pre-roll machinery to produce high-quality, next-generation pre-rolls.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and other tasks related to the production process as business needs dictate.
- Ensure the production facility is maintained at the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure full compliance with the Cannabis Act and Health Canada regulations.
- Maintain a collaborative and positive attitude while working within the production team.
- Report production updates and issues to management in a timely and clear manner.
- Demonstrate respect and care for all tools, technical equipment, and the production facility.
- Work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, depending on production needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with automated production machinery, preferably in the cannabis or related industries.
- Familiarity with Health Canada regulations and cannabis production standards is considered an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
